Through trainings, seminars/workshops, experience and research I am available to help you prepare for the birth of your baby. I can cater to the needs and wishes of your family and give you the special attention you deserve.

Private Sibling Preparation Classes

This private in-home class prepares the other child(ren) of your family for their new sibling. The classes are split over three one hour sessions - two before the baby is born and one after the baby is born. Session one and two explain the importance of being a big brother/sister, how to help mom & dad (or partner) during pregnancy, how a baby is born (age appropriate conversation) and how life is going to change once the baby arrives. Session three is an interactive introduction with baby - a bonding session. These classes are taught with books, videos, drawing, role play and talking one-on-one. Children must be at least two-and-a-half (30 months) years old. This is a great class for blended families (half or step siblings). Materials provided are included in the fee. The fee for this class is $60.

Baby Care Basics Class

This class will cover all you need to know about taking care of your baby once your baby has arrived! We will talk about mom's postpartum recovery, holding the baby, swaddling, feeding, sleep positions, bathing, diapering, dressing the baby, umbilical cord care, circumcision care and much more! I recommend that you attend the class in your 36th or 37th week of pregnancy or within the first week or so you are home from the hospital.

This private 1.5 hour class can be held in your home. The fee for a private class is $40 for mother, dad (partner) and any children in your family (a great way to show your child how to help you with the baby). If you would like to invite any other guests the fee is $50. This is wonderful to share with the baby's aunts, uncles and cousins as well as a refresher for grandparents & great-grandparents.

Happiest Baby on the Block Class

New babies are such a blessing, but they can also bring sleepless nights, crying and sometimes a quite a bit of extra stress. In this class new parents will learn step-by-step how to help their baby sleep better and how to soothe even the fussiest baby in minutes… even seconds! Is it magic? A miracle? No, it a reflex! Based on the highly effective approach pioneered by Dr. Harvey Karp in his best selling book and DVD, “The Happiest Baby on the Block."

Caroline will provide hands on training to teach any new mom or dad how to become… the best parents on the block! This class is suitable to take anytime during your pregnancy or up to 2 months postpartum.

The cost for this unique, innovative class is $50.

Fee includes The Parent Kit – your choice of The Happiest Baby on the Block on VHS or DVD and Soothing Sounds CD (a $40 value)

The Parent Kit is available to purchase for $40. It is a great tool for home study and makes a great baby shower or holiday gift.
